Our new shop window is a mini-exhibition of the exceptional work of Ana Rita de Albuquerque.
Having teachers (and friends) who are the best at what they do gives you the right to have beautiful displays!

The English Breakfast was created for a masterclass of ours and that anatomically correct Heart is going to be the subject of our next Beginner's Course in Needle Felting.
We also have a floating uterus*, a zebra, a mythological animal and a no less beautiful and technically expert Chrysanthemum.

Does anyone who sees this window display have any doubts about the sculptural power of wool? In the right hands, of course.
If you'd like to come and learn from the best hands, take a look at Wet Felting (June 5) and Needle Felting (June 6, 2021) workshops we're offering here.

*Ana Rita Albuquerque's floats are something wonderful that I showed here for the first time. From there they went on to be the star of the exhibition in the raw materials room at the new Fashion and Textiles Museum at the World of Wine and now they're in our humble store for anyone who wants to see them live.
