Teaching about Portuguese wool in Vimioso

The last weekend was spent in Vales de Vimioso teaching a 2-in-1 workshop about portuguese wool and also wool processing.
This workshop filled up very quickly, which made me very happy because this means that the theme is gaIning interest and that people are willing to travel further to participate in events that are very technical and to acquire knowledge that they’ll be able to use in the future.
The group was excellent, everyone with different purposes, but with the same focus and eager to learn. It was an absolute pleasure to spend this days not only surrounded by wool, but also by people with whom I could share my love and obssession for this wonderful fibre.
