The newborns

Our silkworms hatched a week or so ago! Only a few of the fertilized eggs didn't hatch, which was great.
They eat a lot and we've been feeding them with the black mulberry tree leaves that live in Serralves. They say the size of their food should grow as the worms grow: baby worms will eat baby leaves, and vice-versa.
At this stage we've just been keeping them well fed and the trays well clean, as to make sure they don't get some disease.
